1.Product Introduction
The core equipment of this solution is the Rotary Dryer, also known as a rotary cylindrical dryer or drum dryer. Its structure consists of a slightly inclined horizontal rotating cylinder equipped with internal lifting flights to agitate the material. This ensures thorough contact between the material and hot air or flue gas for high-efficiency dehydration. Widely utilized in coal, biomass, minerals, chemicals, and animal feed industries, this equipment can process materials with initial moisture content as high as 70%–75%, delivering a dried product with uniform and stable moisture levels.
2.Application
The rotary dryer is designed to process an extensive range of materials, primarily categorized into the following sectors:

3.Working Principle
The rotary dryer is a continuous drying system. Its core
operational principle relies on an inclined rotating drum that
integrates multiple heat transfer mechanisms, including conduction,
convection, and radiation. As the wet material is agitated, it
maintains thorough contact with the heat source for high-efficiency
dehydration. The drum is typically installed at an inclination
angle of 0.5° to 5° and rotates slowly. Wet material is fed from
the elevated end and is continuously lifted and showered by
internal flights under the combined forces of gravity and rotation,
creating a uniform "material curtain."
As the material advances toward the lower end, high-temperature hot
air or the heated drum wall transfers heat to the material, driving
moisture evaporation. The resulting vapor is extracted by an
induced draft fan, and the final dried product is discharged from
the outlet.
