Description

EX-7030 is a spray-type blended polyol tailored for water-blown foam formulations.

It is extensively applied in external wall thermal insulation, integrated insulation & waterproofing works, cold storage insulation and other heat preservation projects. Boasting superior temperature tolerance and good blending performance, it fits diverse construction conditions and various operating equipment. The finished foam delivers excellent heat insulation effect, great crack resistance, high closed-cell rate, strong compression resistance and reliable bonding property.

Shelf life

Store in cool and dry place. The recommend storage temperature is 15-25℃. If you can’t use one drum up at a time, please inject N2.

The storage time of original packing is 6 months.

Safety

Work only in adequately ventilated spaces. Wear protective gloves and work garments to prevent skin exposure. Frequent or long-term skin contact may trigger allergic symptoms. Eye protection is essential; wear certified safety spectacles or goggles during operation.

Emergency First-Aid Measures:

Skin contact: Rinse affected skin promptly with soap and clean water. Take off soiled apparel and wash thoroughly before reuse. Consult a doctor once allergy symptoms appear.
Eye contact: Flush eyes continuously with plenty of water for no less than 15 minutes and seek immediate medical treatment.
Ingestion: Get medical help right away if accidentally swallowed. Gastric lavage or vomiting induction shall only be performed under professional medical guidance. Do not administer anything orally to unconscious persons.
