Installation Recommendations

For optimal performance, position the JZP-8.5 with the rubber element between the equipment foot and the foundation base. Tighten the M6 fastener to 8–10 N·m torque using a calibrated wrench. The integrated nylon lock nut provides sufficient prevailing torque—do not apply liquid thread-locking compounds as they may chemically interact with the rubber element. Inspect isolators annually for visible rubber cracking, deformation, or permanent set exceeding 1 mm. Replace any isolator showing signs of deterioration to maintain rated vibration isolation performance.
