Product Description:

Our company Huichi petro produces and sells milling shoes for petroleum. Milling shoes use the alloy and wear-resistant materials on the bottom surface to grind metal debris at the bottom of the well, such as bolts, gears, etc., under the action of drilling pressure and torque. Sometimes they are also used to grind shorter stuck drill collars and drill pipes. Grinding chips are brought out of the ground with the circulating well washing fluid.
The milling shoes produced and sold by our company Huichi petro are divided into flat-bottom milling shoes, concave-bottom milling shoes, conical (pear-shaped) milling shoes, milling-type pilot milling shoes and sleeve milling shoes.
Flat-bottom milling shoes are a tool that uses alloy or wear-resistant materials welded on the bottom surface to grind downhole debris.
Concave-bottom milling shoes are tools that use alloy or other wear-resistant materials welded on the bottom surface to grind downhole debris (divided into ordinary and high-efficiency types).
Milling-type pilot milling shoes can be used to grind debris with inner holes that are unstable and shaking in the well, such as drill pipes, drill collars, oil pipes, etc.
Conical milling Shoes are used to repair small local deformation of casing and clean up debris on the well wall.
Milling shoes are supporting tools for milling operations, used to drill and remove rocks, sand, cement blocks and other deposits around the fish in the well.

Operation method:

1. Before going down the well, check whether the thread of the drill pipe is intact, whether the water hole is unobstructed, and the alloy or wear-resistant material shall not exceed the diameter of the body;
2. Connect the flat-bottomed milling shoes to the lower end of the tool and go down the well;
3. Go down to 2-3m above the fish top, start the pump to flush the fish top first. After the wellhead returns the well washing fluid flow steadily, start the turntable and slowly lower the drill tool to make it contact the fish for grinding;

Precautions:

1. The lowering speed should not be too fast;
2. The pump should not be stopped during the operation;
3. If there is no footage at a single point for a long time, the cause should be analyzed and measures should be taken;
4. It is not suitable to use the movable fish top to prevent the grinding shoes from driving the fish to drill to the bottom of the well or damaging the fish below.
