    This cable is specifically designed for use in coal mines to supply cutters and drills. It is ideal for applications where monitoring cores are needed to detect outer damages easily, ensuring safety and reliability in coal mining operations.

    Construction

    • Conductor: Utilizes electrolytic, stranded, tinned copper wire conforming to DiN VDE 0295 Class 5 standards, ensuring excellent conductivity and flexibility.


    • Separator (Semiconducting layer over monitoring conductor): Provides insulation and shielding for the monitoring conductor, enhancing safety and facilitating damage detection.


    • Insulation: Phase and control cores are insulated with 3Gl3 compound according to DiN VDE 0207 part 20 standards. The monitoring core is left uninsulated for easier monitoring.


    • Separator (Semiconducting layer over phase cores and control units): Adds an extra layer of protection and shielding over the phase cores and control units.


    • Layup: Phase cores are laid up in contact with each other, along with the control units which are laid up beforehand, optimizing space utilization and ensuring efficient cable arrangement.


    • Bedding: Equipped with a special elastomeric compound GM/b according to DiN VDE 0207 Teil 21, providing mechanical protection and enhancing cable durability.


    • Armour: Features galvanized steel and tinned copper pliable armour, providing robust mechanical protection against external impacts and stresses.


    • Outer Sheath: Protected by a heavy-duty elastomer outer sheath 5GM5 in compliance with DiN VDE 0207 Teil 21, providing superior protection against abrasion, chemicals, and environmental factors.
