18CrNiMo7-6 is a case hardening steel with high toughness. There are a number of variants with high cleanliness requirements. All variants possess tighter composition ranges compared to the standard. One variant is produced with the quality class IQ (isotropic quality). This ensures a very low number of elongated sulphide inclusions which will give more isotropic properties. The high oxidic cleanliness will enable the steel to meet the same high cleanliness demands as for re-melted qualities.

• 18CrNiMo7-6 has many grade, with different heat treatment process, different grade will have different performance on mechanical properties.
• Grade 159A - Variant with low sulphur content and high cleanliness demands
• Grade 159B - Variant with controlled sulphur content for consistent machinability and +H hardenability
• Grade 159Q - Isotropic properties (IQ) and better fatigue strength due to higher cleanliness levels, and a finer size and distribution of non-metallic inclusions
• Grade 159X - Variant with controlled sulphur content for consistent machinability and +H hardenability
• Grade 159S - Variant with increased sulphur content.
• Grade 4761(MoCN216) - Low sulphur variant of Imatra

1. Material :
Gunagda has formed more than 10 core technologies in material melting technology and has internationally advanced heat treatment production lines from smelting and forging. 2.Forgings:
Guangda provide different forgings of shaft ,gear blank , ring rolling, rough machining, heat treatment and finish machining. Our annual production capacity is 500,000 tons for various of free-die forgings, ring rollings .Guangda forgings are widely used in high-end equipment manufacturing industries such as new energy wind power, rail transit, mechanical equipment, aerospace, new energy power, gas turbine, Marine petrochemical, semiconductor chip equipment and so on.

3.Castings:
Our business mainly focuses on large casting equipment, and our products mainly include large wind turbine castings, large equipment and equipment castings, large plastic machinery castings, and large shell castings with a total annual capacity of 210,000 tons. We have formed a whole industrial chain of smelting, casting, machining and surface treatment, and our technology and cost control are leading in the world.
